Weddings – Events
by Malena can assist brides in all aspects of planning from
finding reception space to planning the wedding theme to helping
to create the perfect centerpiece. We can even help your wedidng
day dreams come true....no matter how limited your budget.
We can provide assistance every step of the way or serve as
a sounding board for your ideas or plans. Fees range from $1,000
to $4,500. Help on the day of the wedding only is also available.
Children's Birthday Parties – Is your little
girl a princess or your son crazy about Spiderman? We can tailor
a party to any theme. From helping you find the location,
to stuffing goodie bags, to sending out invitations and finding
party entertainment no party is too big or too small.....we
can even help clean up after!
Party in a Box – options start as low
as $250 and include coordinated plates, wrapping paper, cake,
cups, goodie bags, decorations, and party favors purchased
for you and delivered to your door. Party in a box can be ordered
for any occasion
Must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance of the day of
the party.
Corporate Annual Meetings & Events –
Holiday parties, staff retreats, tradeshows or annual meetings.
We can help assist with registration,
speaker management, housing, exhibit space sales, meeting room
set-up, AV and food and beverage planning. Working with your
staff in your office, we can also travel
with your staff to work onsite if necessary. Rates start as
low as $35/hr plus agreed upon expenses.
Last Minute Details – have your event
under control, but just need some help with last minute details?
Events by Malena can assist with pre-party setup, kitchen prep,
gift wrapping, or just provide someone to greet your guests,
take their coat and make sure they have a drink in their hand.
We can also provide assistance cleaning up after the party
is over.
Tour arrangements – want to see the
city? We can
pull it together for you including transportation, lunch, dinner
or lodging. Whether it be an afternoon or a couple of
days away from it all.
